Analisis Penerapan Ergonomi dan Atmosfer Energik Pada Desain Interior First Fitness
Abstract
The application of interior design in a fitness center should not only focus on aesthetic aspects, but should also be able to support user comfort, safety, and motivation through the application of ergonomic principles and the creation of an appropriate spatial atmosphere. This study aims to analyze the application of ergonomics and an energetic atmosphere in the interior design of Fitness First Lippo Mall Puri. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through field observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of the study indicate that the application of organized spatial planning, clear circulation, the use of rubber flooring, natural and artificial lighting, and the selection of appropriate materials are able to support user comfort and safety. In addition, the modern interior concept, the use of neutral colors with dynamic accents, and optimal lighting create an energetic atmosphere that enhances the user experience during exercise. This study shows that the integration of ergonomic principles and an energetic atmosphere is an important factor in creating a functional, comfortable, and user-oriented fitness center interior design.
