Efektivitas Nilai-Nilai Tarbiyah Modern terhadap Penggunaan Transformasi Online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Insan Binjai

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative approach with the following research objectives: (1) to determine the influence of tarbiyah (Islamic educational) values within the environment of Insan Binjai students; (2) to determine the extent of students' proficiency in using online transportation services; and (3) to determine the effectiveness of tarbiyah values regarding the use of online transportation among Insan Binjai students. The study population consisted of 110 students; a sample was drawn using a 5% margin of error, resulting in a sample size of 84 individuals. Regarding the homogeneity test results, the calculated Chi-square value (Chi-h) was 32.27151, while the critical Chi-square value (Chi-t) was 146.6099. It is concluded that the data are homogeneous, as Chi-t is greater than Chi-h. For the normality test, the calculated L-value (Lh) was 0.332 and the critical L-value (Lt) was 0.143; the data are thus considered normally distributed, as Lh is greater than Lt. Analysis of the hypothesis regarding the variable of Tarbiyah values and the use of online transportation yielded a product-moment correlation coefficient of 0.42859223, falling into the “high” category. The calculated t-value (3.253) was found to be greater than the critical t-value (1.654); consequently, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected.
