Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal (Takuana: Jurnal Pendidikan, Sains, dan Humaniora) must follow Focus and Scope and Author Guidelines. In addition, the submitted manuscripts must fulfill scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope of this journal.

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be written in good English, Arabic, or Bahasa (Indonesia). Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to check their papers before submission for grammar and clarity (Suggested with Grammarly). In addition, the work must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors suggest using plagiarism detection software to check similarities. Editors will also check the similarity of manuscripts in this journal by using Turnitin Plagiarism Checker.

The submitted manuscripts to this journal will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 (two) expert reviewers from Peer-Reviewers Team. The reviewers give valuable scientific comments improving the contents of the manuscript. The review process used in this journal is single blind review.

The final decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon the reviewers' reports/recommendations. In some instances, the Editor may submit an article for review to another (the third reviewer) before deciding, if necessary.

The Editor in Chief will publish accepted articles, including assigning the paper to the published issue by considering the sequence of accepted dates and geographical distribution of authors, and thematic issue.

Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references. The Editor shall inform you of the review results as soon as possible, hopefully within 6 weeks. Please notice that the duration of the review process may be can be up to 2 months.
